Dear Friends,
First and foremost, I am writing to express my profound hope that you, your family and your colleagues are healthy, staying safe and taking all precautions.
We are all facing what is, for many of us, the most difficult and scary global threat of our lifetime. It has slammed the brakes on all of our normal lives and business activity.
It has eliminated all live performance income for musicians and presenters. Our touring artists have lost all performances scheduled for at least the next several months, and many of you have had to completely close down temporarily. For all who have been impacted, I am very sad about what is happening, but resolved to utilize the full resources of our company. Our team will do everything we can to support both you and our artists, so we can mitigate as much as possible the losses, suffering and damage that has resulted.
The artists we represent are a part of our family and we deeply care about their wellbeing. You are part of our extended family of global presenters who partner with us in the creation of performance opportunities for our artists. We also greatly care about your wellbeing and want to assure you that we will do our best to cooperate with you and reschedule cancelled bookings to help all of us get back on our feet.
All of our agents and the whole TKA staff are fully engaged and fully operational. Our entire team will be working hard to get our artists back on the road and to get back to business as circumstances allow for you and us to do what we love best — arrange performances!
Thank you and please take good care of yourself.
Regards, Ted
